All products are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, delays, or change of mind.

Certain products are made-to-order or produced in limited batches. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item may still be in production at the time of purchase.

Estimated fulfillment time is 4–6 weeks, which includes production and shipping. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, or high demand.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that:

• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• You are purchasing a product that may be in production at the time of order

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

Preorders & Shipping

Some items on our store are offered as preorders. This means the product is not yet in stock and will be produced after orders are placed.

• Preorder items: Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping
• In-stock items: Ship within standard processing times (typically 3–7 business days)

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.
